GANG TATTOO REMOVAL PROGRAM

The Wichita Police Department has developed and initiated an outstanding program designed to improve former gang members self esteem by removing unwanted tattoos. The Crime Commission has underwritten the cost of printing posters announcing the program. The posters are placed in strategic locations around the city in an effort to attract those in need.
