Your support helps kids “Make Good Choices”!  Through cooperative programs with USD 259 and not-for-profit organizations that work with at-risk youth, the Wichita Metro Crime Commission is committed to helping today’s young people complete their education, stay off drugs, and go down the right path to a successful future.

 

For many years Lt. Ken Landwehr was the commander of the Wichita Police Department’s Homicide Section.  He helped solve hundreds of murders in our community and led the taskforce that captured the “BTK” serial killer.  Ken was a scratch golfer and believed in the WMCC’s “Make Good Choices” pro-gram. Because of his commitment to the Crime Commission and involvement in each year’s tournament, in 2014 the tournament was officially renamed the “Ken Landwehr Make Good Choices Golf Tournament”.

 

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

• Green fee and cart

• Limited to 144 golfers (36 foursomes)

• Players may register as a foursome, or as individual players

• Individual players will be paired to form foursomes

• Mulligans: $5.00 each, limit 2 per golfer

• Golfers age 65 and older will drive from the gold tees

• Flighted play with cash prizes

• Registration must be received by noon, August 13, 2019
