SPEAK UP is an anonymous tip program within school systems that allows students, teachers and parents to leave a tip about everything from bullying to cheating to drugs to gun concerns and much more.  Tips are left by downloading the free P3 App.  The funding for SPEAK UP is provided by the Wichita Metro Crime Commission’s Crime Stoppers program
